Carli Lloyd’s diet: Put good things in your body

Carli Lloyd tells Elle magazine that while she doesn’t work with a professional nutritionist, she is very conscious of what she eats and tries to maintain a healthy diet.

She avoids carbs (but not entirely) and tries to take in low-fat proteins along with tons of fruit and vegetables.

Every once in a while, she says, when she’s not in training she’ll loosen up and have a burger and fries or pizza. “Everything in moderation.”
