World rankings: Meet the new boss, same as the old boss

The new world rankings came out last week, and if they got scant attention, it’s because almost nothing changed from the previous rankings, which were issued right after the World Cup.

The only difference in the top 10: North Korea rose from No. 8 to No. 6.

The next rankings come out Dec. 18.
